COVID-19 Notice please read before booking


COVID APPOINTMENT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING


Due to us having to show traceability all bookings online and walk-ins will have to provide the following information:

  • Full Name, Contact Number or email address. Home address is optional.
  • OR
  • Check in through the NHS Track & Trace App

    When an account is created:
      Personal Information provided when creating an account will be held until the account is deleted by yourself.
      Guest account:
        Due to goverment standards and Track & Trace personal data provided at time of booking will be stored for 45days only.

    All clients will be expected to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time and wait outside to be called in. Failure to turn up on time will result in the appointment being cancelled. There will be no exception to this.
    • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will be refused entry – no exceptions.
    • Face mask must be warn by yourself before entering the shop.
    • You will NOT be able to bring anyone with you to your appointment. Under 16’s may bring ONE guardian.
    • We would not be able to complete the booking if you have recently returned from a country that is not on the Coronavirus (COVID-19): travel corridors list and you are still within the self isolation period [CHECK LIST]
    • If you show any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 please cancel your appointment, if you show any signs after your appointment please contact us ASAP so we can get in touch with our other clients.
    • ALL clients will have their temperature taken before entering the shop.

    If you are unable to make your appointment please contact us ASAP. If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us you may be blacklisted and will be unable to make another appointment.
